Mannat is shocked to find the nurse and compounder violently restraining Susheela. When questioned, the staff claims that Susheela is mentally unstable and tried to escape, but Mannat refuses to believe them. Susheela collapses after whispering Dhairya’s name, increasing Mannat’s suspicion.
At the Mezbani venue, Vikrant grows uneasy when he learns Mannat did not prepare the food herself. He worries that she may be with Dhairya and tries to reach him. Meanwhile, Mallika and Vishaka arrive with plans to create trouble for Neetu, but Shalini intervenes to stop them.

At the hospital, Dhairya arrives after Mannat’s call. The staff, under pressure, admits that Vishaka instructed them to inject Susheela daily without regard for her survival. When Susheela regains consciousness, she confirms that Vishaka attempted to kill her and reveals further truths: Vishaka prevented Dhairya’s father’s life-saving surgery and sold Vikrant for money, later framing Susheela to escape blame.
Dhairya is devastated as his faith in his mother collapses. Meanwhile, Mallika discovers Vikrant’s car and rushes to find him. Shalini tries to stop her, causing Mallika to slip and fall, and her phone sinks into the pool.
