The episode opens with Roni apologizing to Vikrant, explaining that everything he and Neetu did was for Vikrant’s sake. Confused, Vikrant asks why they’re so emotional. Mannat urges Neetu to reveal the truth, but Neetu insists that Vikrant must recover first and marry Mannat.
Later, Mannat questions Neetu for hiding the truth about Vikrant’s past. Neetu admits she lost the courage to tell him after learning he had forgotten his childhood and believes it’s divine will to keep it that way. Mannat disagrees, saying their relationship cannot be built on lies.
However, Neetu threatens to end her life if Mannat reveals anything, leaving her torn and helpless.
Meanwhile, Dhairya tends to Vikrant and hopes his memory returns naturally. Vikrant unexpectedly mentions Vishaka, surprising Dhairya.
Elsewhere, Vishaka returns Susheela to the Happy Old Age Home and cruelly orders the nurse to sedate her. When warned it could be fatal, Vishaka shows no remorse, calling Susheela a liability.
Mallika updates Vishaka that Vikrant hasn’t regained his memory yet and hints at doubting her story. Later, Mannat accuses Mallika of trying to free Aishwarya from jail, calling her a criminal like her mother. Dhairya intervenes, sparking an argument with Mannat.
Mallika then manipulates Vikrant by claiming she saw Mannat in Dhairya’s room. When Vikrant confronts Mannat, she lies to protect Neetu. Vikrant begins recalling fragments of his past, but Mannat remains bound by Neetu’s life-threatening warning.
The episode ends with Neetu once again threatening self-harm, leaving Mannat trapped between truth and loyalty.
